Returns & Exchanges

At TrailRax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Pack your items securely in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
