Anodized black TSLOTS, made in Utah and cut to 0.015" precision, provide high stress and deflection ratings and include cutouts for hardware installation without unbolting.

A custom wind deflector matches the windshield angle to reduce noise while maintaining aerodynamics, with cutouts for factory cab clearance lights or 50" off-road light bars (Heretic Studio or Baja Designs) that sit flush below the TSLOT face for a level rack.

The mounting system uses CNC-cut stainless steel feet that distribute weight to reinforced cab points for maximum stability, supporting heavy loads for work, recreation, or fleet use.
